In the Weigh Less for Way Less program, we believe in personalized diet therapy and diet instructions for each member of our medical weight loss program.
It would be very easy to provide generic diet instructions and ask every member to follow them, but from our experience, that isn’t a long-term solution. Our mission is to help you take small steps towards your larger weight loss goals. Diet is an important piece of the puzzle, but requires individual attention and planning.
In the program, we’ll analyze your current diet and eating habits, compare that with your background and biological factors, and then work with you to modify your current eating habits, a little bit at a time. next, we’ll continue to follow that process and increase those steps each month, resulting in a slow progressive diet change that’s easy on the mind and body. For some members, meal replacement options could be recommended of the diet therapy, as well.
